It is indeed an alarming fact that most young people do not have a clear idea about food and nutrition and therefore, they survive on an unhealthy diet of fast food and food like substances that are nutritionally deficient and filled with many dangerous chemicals. These substances are marketed to young people nonstop on television, in the magazines they read and on social media from the day they are born which brainwashes them in to thinking that this food is indeed good for them and that it is sufficient but in line with this, we are seeing the rise in cancer statistics and the many other illnesses that are taking over the world today with more and more young people suffering from various illness. A majority of the first world is obese and they suffer from various obesity related diseases but the media keeps encouraging this obesity coated in political correctness and telling young people that they need to be proud of their big bodies. It is true that humans come in all shapes and sizes but it is very rare that one of those shapes is obesity and obesity has to be treated. However, the media tells young people to be proud of their obesity which will not make them turn away from the cancerous and dangerous food that they are eating.
The power of exercise
It is vital that we encourage our children and even ourselves to switch to a clean, healthy whole foods plant based diet and that we partake in regular exercise every day. It is perfectly possible to get all of the nutrients that you needs on a healthy plant based diet but if you are worried about the nutrients you are not getting due to your busy lifestyle, you might be able to take crossfit supplements that will give you extra energy for your work out sessions and your exercise.
While taking fresh greens every day is the ideal scenario, this might not be possible for everyone and if you are a busy person that does not have time to eat a perfect diet every day, another option would be to take super greens powder to get your iron and other nutrients topped up. It would be useful for you to study the benefits of the food that is available to us every day and for you to make an effort to get as much of this food in to your diet as possible instead of the unhealthy junk food that is being marketed to you.
